Moodboards & Personas
Throughout my course, I have often utilised Moodboards at the beginning of the design process in order to help inspire potential concept directions that are sympathetic to the chosen brand and future trends.

Similarly, Personas & Scenarios have been used to help identify and sympathise with the potential user groups. By creating these in the early research stages, I have been able to unlock user insights that then helped in creating solutions better matched to the brief.
Fizzy Drink Maker Moodboards
Moodboards created to inform three distinct concept directions for a design project on a fizzy drink maker (SodaStream). The moodboards are centred around three of the trends identified for the Dubai 2020 World Expo, allowing for future-proof concepts to be developed. [Year 2, 2019]
Portable BBQ
Moodboards
Singular boards to understand opportunities for aspirational forms for a Portable BBQ project, as well as potential mechanisms to enable the unit to fold down for transportation. [Year 3, 2021]
Home Activity Monitor Personas
Personas made as part of a UX Group Design project to create a user-friendly interface for a home exercise monitoring hub- aimed at working age adults. These helped to identify extra areas of design concern, such as ease of connectivity through a simple interface. [Year 3, 2021]
Home Activity Monitor Scenarios
Scenarios of use created in conjunction with the above Personas. Again, this research helped to identify key potential interactions (hence considerations) a target user may have with an activity hub whilst 'exercising'. [Year 3, 2021]
